1. Bookings & Deposit Requirements:
In order to confirm your tour a deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of the initial booking. This deposit will be applied to your final payment. If, for any reason, we are unable to confirm a place for you on your requested tour, the full deposit will be refunded to you. Final payment for your tour is due at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. If final payment is not received by this date, your tour is subject to cancellation.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your booking, before the commencement of your tour, the following cancellation fees will apply.

i. 60 days or more before departure - $150 per person
ii. Between 59 & 45 days before departure - 25% of tour price
iii. Between 44 & 30 days before departure - 50% of tour price
iv. Between 29 & 8 days before departure -75% of tour price
v. Within 7 days before departure - 100% of tour price
vi. There is no refund if you cancel your tour once it has begun.

We strongly recommend that you buy both Trip Cancellation & Travel Insurance.

If, for any reason, Rebel Tours/ACSI cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid by you.

If Rebel Tours/ACSI makes your round trip airline reservations, refund of your ticket would be subject to the cancellation policy of the airline involved. Please be aware, that some airline tickets are non-refundable.

3. Rebel Tours/ACSI Liability:
Rebel Tours/ACSI acts only as an agent arranging and providing various products and services by third parties and Rebel Tours/ACSI is not the provider of any product or service and is not responsible for any liability or loss arising from the acts of any provider of any product or service, including, without limitation, airlines, campground and hotel operations, RV manufacturers or providers. The undersigned hereby waives on behalf of himself or herself and his and her agents, heirs, successors and assigns any and all claims against Rebel Tours/ACSI and its principals, officers, agents, successors and assigns arising directly or indirectly from the acts of any third party or to travel interruption due to Force Majeure, strikes, acts of government or to fuel or part shortages. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, it is specifically agreed that Rebel Tours/ACSI's Liability is limited to the return of funds received, in accordance with the refund schedule described in paragraph 2 above. Rebel Tours/ACSI is not and shall not be responsible for any general, consequential or incidental damages of any type.

4. Minimum Age:
The minimum age of the renter and/or any driver must be 21 years. Any driver must have had a driver's license for at least one year.

5. Security Deposit:
When picking up your RV at the Frankfurt RV Depot, a security deposit is required to insure that the RV is returned on time, complete with all the equipment included in the rental and in an undamaged condition. The security deposit may be made with use of a credit card or traveler's checks. When the RV is returned on time and meeting the above conditions, the refund of the security deposit will be in the same form as the original deposit was received, i.e. credit card or traveler's checks. The amount of the security deposit is DM 1,500.00 (Approximately US$750).

6. Itinerary Changes:
Although your tour is planned in advance, conditions sometimes change, which result in amending your itinerary. If this happens, Rebel Tours/ACSI reserves the right to substitute alternative program items and itineraries. The correct travel documentation, driver's licenses and custom's regulations compliance are your responsibility. Rebel Tours/ACSI will be happy to answer any questions you may have concerning these matters. One of Rebel Tours/ACSI's main concerns is the enjoyment and welfare of all tour participants. Should any tour participant's condition or deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights of other participants, then Rebel Tours/ACSI, reserve the right to not accept or retain that participant on the tour and the cancellation policy outlined in paragraph 2 above would apply. Should you decide to deviate from the scheduled itinerary, there will be no refund for any unused portions of the scheduled itinerary.

7. Tour Exclusions:
Rebel Tours/ACSI tour prices do not include the following: Airline Tickets and Airport taxes; Visas & travel documents: meals not specifically detailed in the tour itinerary; RV fuel - diesel or gasoline; Tools - road, bridge or tunnel; Tips & gratuities; Any personal items, groceries, laundry, telephone calls, etc; Medical or travel insurance other than the RV liability and collision insurance, which is subject to a deductible.

8. Trip Problems:
Any problems you encounter during the tour should be addressed to your tour leader couple as and when they occur. The tour leader couple will do everything they can to rectify any problems to your satisfaction at the time they occur. However, should the tour leader couple be unable to satisfy your concerns, then Rebel Tours/ACSI would need a fully detailed written report and within one month after your return to the U.S.A.
