On this impressive tour you will see the tourist highlights of the Netherlands, Belgium and France, ending with a cruise on the River Rhine. Enjoy the museums, canals and old towns of Holland, The Belgium City of Brugge and the Loire Valley and Paris in France.

Your tour, which starts in Germany, takes us north into Holland to Maastricht and the American War Cemetery of Margraten. In Holland we visit some of its great museums, including the Kroller famous for its Van Gogh paintings. Included in our itinerary is the exciting city of Amsterdam, with its canals and a visit to the famous porcelain factory in Delft. Then a short drive to Brugge in Belgium. Next we drive into France and enjoy the scenic delights and castles of the Loire Valley. In Paris, the City of Lights, we will visit Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, and Montmarte. Then back to Germany to enjoy a Rhine cruise.


 Tour Itinerary:



Day 1 / Mon
Overnight flight from the USA to Frankfurt, Germany

Day 2 / Tue
On arrival at Frankfurt Airport you will be met by your Tour Leader Couple and transferred to your hotel in the Frankfurt area. The remainder of the day is at leisure and this evening you are invited to a Welcome dinner. (D)

Day 3 / Wed
Drive Day - 60 miles
After breakfast at your hotel there will be a briefing about our tour and the RV pick up procedures. In the afternoon we transfer to the RV Depot to pick up your vehicles. Then we drive from Aschaffenburg to Rudesheim, where we will spend two nights at the "Richter" campgrounds (B)

Day 4 /Tue
This morning we take an excursion to the vineyards of Rhinegau. We visit the "Staatsweingut" for wine tasting and have lunch at the vineyards. The remainder of the day is free to explore the beautiful city of Rudesheim on the banks of the Rhine River. (L)

Day 5 / Fri
Drive Day - 150 miles
We leave this morning for Gulpen in the Netherlands, where we spend three nights at the "Gulperberg" campsite.

Day 6 / Sat
A free day to explore Gulpen and this beautiful region of South Holland, at your own pace.

Day 7 / Sun
Today's excursion takes us to Maastricht, for a walking tour of the city followed by lunch. On your way back to Gulpen a stop at the American War Cemetery of Margraten. (L)

Day 8 / Mon
Drive Day - 165 miles
This morning's drive takes to Emst, where we will stay at the "de Wildhoeve" campgrounds for two nights. Your drive will take us through the National Park "Hoge Veluwe" with an optional visit to the Kroller Moller Museum, famous for its many Van Gogh paintings.

Day 9 / Tue
A free day in Emst and a chance to get those post cards written! You may wish to visit the nearby Palace Het Loo in Apeldoorn.

Day 10 / Wed
Drive Day - 65 miles
Today we leave Emst for Enkhuizen. Your morning drive takes via the Flevoland and the Markerwaarddijk and includes a visit to the Batavia Wharf in Leleystad.
Our home for the next three nights is the campgrounds "Enkhuizen Zand", which are located next to the Zuiderzee open-air museum. You may wish to explore this museum on you own this afternoon.

Day 11 / Thu
A frre day in Enkhuizen. A chance to take an optional boat ride on a traditional Dutch sailingship or you may wish to explore the Zuiderzee open-air museum at your own pace.

Day 12 / Fri
We visit the famous cheese market in Alkmaar on today's excursion Then continue to Broek op Langedijk and visit the world's oldest floating auction Broeker Veiling. After lunch we will make a stop in the City of Hoorn, before returning to Enkhuizen (L).

Day 13 / Sat
We leave this morning for a full day in Amsterdam. Your visit includes a boat tour of its many canals and visits to the Anne Frank House and a Diamond Factory. After lunch, you will have plenty of time to explore this fascinating city on your own. (L).

Day 14 / Sun
Drive Day - 75 miles
This morning's drive takes us to Delft, famous for its blue and white pottery. We stay at the "Delftse Hout" campgrounds for one night. This afternoon includes a walking tour of Delft and this evening we enjoy a Burgundy Medieval dinner feast. (D)

Day 15 / Mon
Drive Day - 70 miles
First a morning joint visit to the Delft porcelain factory, the "Porceleyne Fles", then we drive to Nieuwvliet in Zeeuws Vlaanderen for a three-night stop at the "Pannenschuur" campgrounds. Your route takes along the Delta Works; a series of dams and flood control devises that form the Delta Project. A stop at the Visitor's Expo Center is included.

Day 16 / Tue
We spend today in Belgium. Your excursion takes us first to Brugge, perhaps the most enchanting medieval city in Europe. Your walking tour includes a canal ride and a visit to the Groening Museum. Then we visit Damme, where will have diner at a local restaurant, before returning to Nieuwvliet for the night. (D).

Day 17 / Wed
A day at leisure in Nieuwvliet.

Day 18 / Thu
Drive Day - 285 miles
We leave early this morning and drive south through the picturesque Belgium countryside to Bayeux in France. We stay at the camping ground "Municipal de Bayeux for the next four nights.

Day 19 / Fri
A morning at leisure and in the afternoon an excursion to Cane where we visit the Memorial Museum. There will be some free time in Caen for you to explore this town on your own. Return to Bayeux for the night.

Day 20 / Sat
Today's excursion takes us to the Normandy Invasion Beaches In the morning a visit to the museum in Arromanches and after lunch we see Utah and Omaha Beaches and Pointe du Hoc. (L)

Day 21 / Sun
| A free day in Bayeux. You may want make a visit to the Tapisserie de la Mathilde
to see the old Bayeux Tapestry, an amazing 230 foot long art wok depicting the Norman Conquest of England in 1040. Take a leisurely lunch in one of the local restaurants or just take it easy.

Day 22 / Mon
Drive Day - 115 miles
Your journey today takes us to Cancale, where we will camp at "Le Bois en Pastel for two nights. On your way we will make a visit to Mont St. Michel, an 8th century pilgrimage Abby dramatically located in a rock that juts out into the sea

Day 23 / Tue
A free day in Cancale. You may wish to take an optional tour to the Isle of Jersey, one of the British Channel Islands.

Day 24 / Wed
Drive Day - 175 miles
Your drive today is through the French countryside into the Loire Valley, referred to as the "Garden of France. En route, you may wish to explore the cities of Anger and Saumur. Our camping site for the next three nights is in Azay le Rideau.

Day 25 / Thu
Free day in Azay le Rideau. Get to know this fascinating region of France, with its magnificent chateaux and rich farmlands, was once the playground of the French nobility.

Day 26 / Fri
On your excursion today we visit the castle and Clos Luce in Amboise. Lunch is in the Orangerie near the Chenonceaux Castle, which we visit in the afternoon. Return to Azay le Rideau this evening.(L)

Day 27 / Sat
Drive Day - 190 miles
We drive to Paris today. On the way you may wish to take the opportunity to visit the castles of Cheverny and Chambord in the Loire Valley. Our home for three nights is at the "International" campground at Versailles just outside Paris.

Day 28 / Sun
We spend today in Paris, the City of Lights, and visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower, Montmarte and the many other famous Parisian landmarks. (L)

Day 29 / Mon
A free day to explore Paris or the Palace of Versailles at your own pace. Perhaps a visit to the Louvre Museum to see the Mona Lisa or do a little shopping.

Day 30 / Tue
Drive Day - 280 miles
We leave Paris early this morning and drive north to Saarberg just south of the city of Trier in Germany. In Saarberg we stay at the camp site "de Warsberg" where we stay for two nights. Dinner is at the campground's restaurant. (D).

Day 31 / Wed
This morning is free for shopping or resting. In the afternoon we visit the Saarberg's old bell foundry.

Day 32 / Thu
Drive Day - 125 miles
Leave Saarberg this morning and drive to Rudesheim, where we stay at the campgrounds "Richter". In the afternoon we take a cruise on the River Rhine from Rudesheim to St. Goar and back.

Day 33 / Fri
Drive Day - 60 miles
A morning drive Frankfurt to return your RV's and then transfer to our hotel. Tonight a traditional Farewell Dinner. At a local restaurant (D)

Day 34 / Sat
Transfer from our hotel to the airport in Frankfurt for the flight back home. (B).
